Rosy Bostock qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 1981, with distinctions in Applied Psychology and Linguistics, from the School for the Study of Disorders of Human Communication, which is now part of the City University in London. She holds a Licenciate from the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and is a registered member of the Health Professions Council. Rosy has practised in paediatrics for 21 years and has extensive experience from her work in community clinics, special schools, mainstream schools and a specialist language unit. Rosy worked as a consultant on the design on two early portable communication products, IconSpeak and Mobile Talker. She has recently retired from Speech Therapy but is available to offer advice when required. Rosy has two grown-up children and lives in West Sussex with her husband, a software designer and IT consultant.
