We will use your child’s test results together with the information you provide below to reply. Remember to include as much background information as you feel would be helpful so we can answer as fully as possible.
After you have submitted your question, we will take you to PayPal to make your payment. Once we receive payment, answers generally take 24-48 hours to be completed and are sent to you by email.
